Anyone can add an achievement to the catalog. Inspect your public credential so the rule matches exactly what the validator stores, write the card, and submit it as a pull request. Once merged, it appears in the app for everyone within seconds.
1 Inspect the credential
Paste the public link for the source. The tool runs the same code the live validator uses, so the value it returns is exactly what your rule must match.
Find your handle in your Credly profile URL: credly.com/users/your-handle.
2 Write the achievement
The rule is filled from step 1. Add the flavor, pick a category, rarity and points. The preview below is the real card and updates as you type.
3 Submit it as a pull request
Your file lands at achievements/data/sf-tableau-desktop-foundations.yaml in the public catalog repo. On merge, a webhook syncs the catalog into the app and the achievement appears for everyone within seconds.
Schema: CI validates the file against the same schema this editor uses, so a copied file passes as-is.
Filename: the YAML filename must equal the slug (the path above is already correct).
Title lint: duplicate or formulaic titles ("yet another ...Whisperer") are flagged.
Review: a maintainer double-checks the rule value against the credential before merging.
The schema also supports optional resources (study links shown with the achievement); see CONTRIBUTING.md in the catalog repo if you need them.
Achievement catalog repo opening soon
Opens a pre-filled "new file" page on GitHub with the YAML above; GitHub forks the catalog for you automatically. No git needed.
